These terms are an agreement between you and Praetorium LLC ("we", "us") for using Fresh Copies. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Fresh Copies.
The service
Fresh Copies turns videos and photos you upload into unique copies, made in the cloud, for you to download and post. We may add, change or remove features over time.
Accounts and teams
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate account details.
- Keep your login safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Each team has an owner. The owner is responsible for the team, its members, its content and its credits.
- If an owner deletes a team, it can be restored by emailing support within 30 days. After that it's gone for good. Credits on a deleted team aren't refunded.
Credits
- One credit makes one copy, except 4K videos, which use 5 credits per copy. Credits are reserved when you start a batch.
- Redoing a single copy uses credits the same way as making it.
- Credits for copies that fail or that you cancel are returned.
- Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money.
- Plans and credit packs are priced on our pricing page. Monthly plan credits reset each billing month. On yearly plans you're billed once a year and your plan credits reset every month on the day you subscribed. Unused plan credits don't carry over.
- Credit packs last 12 months from purchase. Plan credits are used first, then the credits that expire soonest.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Sales tax or VAT is calculated and added at checkout where it applies, and Stripe collects and pays it. Charges may show on your statement as LINK.COM* FRESH COPIES.
- Upgrading takes effect right away: you pay the prorated difference and get the new plan's credits immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds and cancelling
- If Fresh Copies isn't right for you, email admin@freshcopies.com within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it, minus the credits you've already used at our pay-as-you-go rate (3 cents per credit). If what you've used adds up to more than you paid, there's no refund.
- For example, if you paid $19 for Starter and used 100 credits, you'd get $16 back.
- Later payments, renewals and credit packs bought after your first payment aren't refundable.
- You can cancel your plan any time in Settings. You keep your plan and its credits until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Acceptable use
You may only upload content you own or have the rights to use. You may not upload or create:
- Anything illegal.
- Any content involving minors.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.
- Intimate or sexual content of anyone without their consent, or content that impersonates a real person without permission.
You also may not try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the limits of the service.
Your responsibility on other platforms
You are responsible for following the rules of every platform you post to, including Instagram and TikTok. Fresh Copies makes copies; how and where you post them is up to you.
No guaranteed results
We don't guarantee reach, views, followers, revenue or any outcome on any platform, and we're not responsible if a platform limits, removes or bans content or accounts.
Your files
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. Clips are deleted automatically 14 days after upload and copies 14 days after they're made, so keep your own copies of anything you need.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk. You can stop using Fresh Copies and delete your account at any time in Settings.
Service provided as is
Fresh Copies is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Praetorium LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or accounts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Affiliate program
- Earn 10% of what referred customers pay before tax, after discounts and minus refunds, during their first 12 months.
- A click is remembered for 48 hours. The last referral click wins.
- Your code also works when typed at sign-up, or on the Credits page within 7 days of signing up. Each team counts for one affiliate only, and a typed code wins over a clicked link.
- Nathen pays monthly by PayPal or bank transfer when at least $50 is owed. Smaller balances carry forward.
- No self-referrals, spam or paid ads bidding on "Fresh Copies".
- Do not claim that copies get around platform detection or promise that platforms will not notice them.
- Breaking these rules means removal from the program and unpaid commission being voided.

Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for big changes, tell you in the app or by email. Using Fresh Copies after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.
