What's happening
TikTok has been changing how it reviews reposted and similar videos. Results depend more and more on the account that posts and on how much new input each post adds. We're reworking TikTok mode around that, so the TikTok tab on Create is paused for now.
What we're working on
We're working on better ways for each copy to carry its own new input: sound, on-screen text, and how and where it's posted. We're also making the posting guidance clearer for each account and doing more testing across many accounts before TikTok mode comes back.
No tool can guarantee how a platform treats every post. We want the updated workflow to give you clearer choices and more useful guidance.
What still works
Instagram mode is unchanged. You can keep making Instagram copies as usual.
TikTok copies you already made stay in your Library, Queue and Posting sets and can still be downloaded. Redo, Try again and Edit caption remain available for existing TikTok copies. Only starting new TikTok batches and making more TikTok copies are paused.
Until it's back, tips for posting on TikTok
Keep each account's activity and audience in mind. These are practical habits, not a guarantee about any post:
- Use healthy, warmed-up accounts with a normal history of activity.
- Watch, like and comment genuinely. Don't only open the app to post.
- Add a sound from TikTok's library on each account. Check that you can use it for your post.
- Post the original first on your main account.
- Don't post the same clip on many accounts at once.
- Leave out watermarks or logos from other apps.
- Keep QR codes out of the video.
- Keep quality high, with clear footage rather than blurry or heavily compressed exports.
